on our web site include VAT at the standard rate. To return a faulty product
you must first obtain a return authorisation number which is obtained
by emailing us at returns@croydoninks.co.uk quoting the reason for your
return, your original invoice number and the date of the order.
We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed
the item (please allow up to 14 days).
